Jack has more than 26 years experience in Pharma and MedTech sector, as Founder of Asia Regulatory Professionals Association (ARPA) with more than 7000 members www.ARPAedu.com (Asia Not-for-Profit organization for Regulatory education), and author of Medical Regulatory Affairs Handbook (4th Edition). As Adjunct Professor/Lecturer in Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University, National University of Singapore and Tohoku University Japan, Jack is also CEO of RNAscence a Biotech start-up spin off from Nanyang Technological University and National Skin Centre Singapore (www.BioRNA.sg).
